1. Port of Ventspils

The port of Ventspils is an ice-free, deep-water sea port located on Latvia's Baltic coast. Its total area is 2451.39 hectares.First written evidence about port of Ventspils  were found from 1263.Simple ship berth for trader ships was created in 13.century By cargo turnover it is one of the Baltic Sea's busiest ports

The port of Ventspils became a multimodal port when the harbour was significantly deepened in 1998.This allowed the accommodation of the largest vessels then operating in the Badwaltic Sea, including Aframax-size tankers with maximum 130.000 metric tons deeight (DWT).

The port of Ventspils provides 2 ferry lines from Ventspils to Sweden and Germany. Since 2010. the number of ferry passengers have increased 10 times. Now there is more than 500 hectares that are meant for industrial production.

The port can provide any service 24/7 : 23 ship agencies, ship repairs, divers, acceptance of waste and polluted waters and others.
